WHEREAS, UPI, LLC has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

for sanitary sewer relays, sanitary sewer spot relays, and water main relay in:
Various Locations within the City of West Allis
(PLAN FILE NOS. S-1594, S-1595, S-1596, S-1597, S-1598, S-1599, S-1600, S-1601, S-1602,
S-1603, S-1604, S-1605, S-1606, S-1607, S-1608, X-875, X-876, X-877, X-878, W-1378)
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
