Resolution relative to accepting the sole source proposal of Granicus for providing legislative software maintenance for a total net sum of $6,285.00.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it has received a proposal for providing Legistar software maintenance for the City Clerk's office of the City of West Allis; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Granicus be accepted; and,
WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Office has determined that this contract is inappropriate for competitive selection because of their ongoing relationship with this company since 1999. This company provides quality customer support and is a leader in their industry.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated June 16, 2014 submitted by Granicus to provide Legistar annual maintenance for the period 7/1/14 through 6/30/15 for a total net sum of $6,285.00 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid service.
