Title

Resolution declaring the 13^th Annual West Allis A la Carte scheduled for Sunday, June 5, 2022, from Noon to 5:00 p.m. as a Community Event.

Body

WHEREAS, the Promotions Committee of the Downtown West Allis Business Improvement District, in partnership with Community Alliance Against Drugs (CAAD), the West Allis Senior Community and City of West Allis, plan to celebrate West Allis

A la Carte that will include live music, food vendors, children’s games, artists, local organizations, and City Hall activities; and

WHEREAS, West Allis A la Carte is scheduled for Sunday, June 5, 2022, between Noon and 5:00 p.m. on Greenfield Avenue from 70^th to 76^th Street and the adjacent side streets, north and south to the alleys.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of West Allis declares West Allis A ls Carte as a community event and permits the possession and consumption of fermented malt beverages on City streets within the Business Improvements District boundaries on Sunday, June 5, 2022 Noon to 5:00 p.m.
