Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Impact Technologies, LLC for furnishing and delivering managed print services for printers located at City Hall, Police Department and Department of Public Works for a total net sum of $397,888.20.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Information Technology and Communications has reported that Impact Technologies, LLC has successfully managed the printers for the Health Department, Fire Department and Library; and,
WHEREAS, the Departments of Finance and Information Technology and Communications has reported that Impact Technologies, LLC has succeeded in meeting or exceeding the projected savings in printing for the Health Department, Fire Department and Library during the past six months; and,
WHEREAS, the projected savings to the City shall be over $66,000 over the length of the contract; and,
WHEREAS, the City will be receiving 34 new printers in addition to the projected savings.
NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal submitted by Impact Technologies, LLC for furnishing a 5-year contract for managing print services for City Hall, Public Works and Police Department for a total net sum of $397,888.20.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Department of Information and Communications be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
