Resolution requesting approval of Addendum to the 2004-2005 Paramedic Services Agreement between the City of West Allis and Milwaukee County.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis in Resolution No. 2004-0011, dated January 20, 2004, approved a two year agreement with Milwaukee County for paramedic services for 2004 and 2005, and;
WHEREAS, the EMS Advisory Council, the Intergovernmental Cooperation Council, and Milwaukee County have all recommended the approval of an addendum to that agreement, and;
WHEREAS, said addendum to the 2004-2005 agreement redistributes the $3 million county funding and the communities' revenue funding due to the creation of additional units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the attached Addendum to the 2004-2005 Paramedic Services Agreement be and is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to executive said Addendum on behalf of the City.
