WHEREAS, Chris Miller, 92 Street Commons, LLC submitted a Certified Survey Map to consolidate two existing residential properties located at 1803 and 1807 S. 92 St. into one lot of record.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land being a consolidation of that part of Lot 5, Block 4 of "Assessor's Plat No. 255" and lands being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Town 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby adopted.
