WHEREAS, Edwin Santiago and Jessica Kurtzweil submitted a Certified Survey Map to create a new single family lot for the property located at 8640 W. Arthur Ave.  (Tax Key No. 487-9919-006)

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, that the Certified Survey Map of a parcel of land in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Town 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, be and the same is hereby approved.
