Title

An Ordinance to Establish a Right Turn Only Restriction in the Alley on the North Side of West Lincoln Avenue, between South 75^th Street and South 76^th Street.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.08 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Location:  Alley North of West Lincoln Avenue Between S. 75^th Street and S. 76^th Street

Direction of Travel:  Southbound

Turning Movement:  Right Turn

Restriction:  Right Turn Only

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
