An ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning certain properties located at 10243-47 W. National Ave. from RA-2 Residence District to C-3 Community Commercial District (Tax Key No. 485-9989-004)

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from RA-2 Residence District to C-3 Community Commercial District, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 8, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, in the City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 8; thence Easterly, 1147.11 feet, along south line of said Northwest ¼ and centerline of West Cleveland Avenue to the Point of Beginning; thence Northwesterly, 238.48 feet, to the centerline of West National Avenue; thence Northeasterly, 250.68 feet, along said centerline; thence Southeasterly, 103.74 feet; thence Northeasterly, 57.63 feet; thence Southeasterly, 152.07 feet; thence westerly, 20.16 feet; thence Southeasterly, 115.00 feet, to the north Right-of-way line of West Cleveland Avenue; thence Westerly, 30.26 feet, along said right-of-way line; thence Southeasterly, 45.38 feet, to the south line of said Northwest ¼ and centerline of West Cleveland Avenue; thence Westerly, 173.04 feet, along said line to the Point of Beginning.
Said land contains 1.631 Acres, more or less.
Said land being located at 10243-47 W. National Ave. (Tax Key No. 485-9989-004)
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
