Title
An Ordinance to amend Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0007 establishing the salary ranges of certain employees in the Executive Service, Managerial Service, the Deputy Service, and the Confidential, Professional and Supervisory Service (City Clerk, CAO/CA, and Department Head/Division Head Title Changes).
 
Body
The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:
 
PART I.  Attachment 2 to Part II of Salary Ordinance No. O-2013-0007 shall be amended as noted:
 
•      Add the position of City Clerk with the following 2014 Resident and Non-Resident Beginning and Ending Bi-Weekly Salary rates:  
R:  $2,776.00 - $3,470.40; NR:  $2,720.80 - $3,400.80.
 
•      Change the title of City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer (CAO) to City Administrator (CA).
 
•      Delete the following positions from the Resident and Non-Resident listings in the Managerial Service:  Manager of Finance/Comptroller/Deputy Treasurer, Human Resources Manager, and Information Technology Manager.
 
•      Add the following positions in the Resident and Non-Resident listings in the Executive Service with the same managerial salaries previously established:  Director of Finance/Comptroller/City Treasurer, Human Resources Director, and Director of Information Technology/Communications.
 
PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
      
PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2014, and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
