Resolution Relative to the Notice of Hearing for the Vacation and Discontinuance of West Mitchell Street Between South 91^st Street and South 92^nd Street.

Body

WHEREAS, the City is considering vacating and discontinuing a portion of West Mitchell Street between South 91^st Street and South 92^nd Street.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Hearing, a copy of which is attached hereto, for the vacation and discontinuance of West Mitchell Street Between South 91^st Street and South 92^nd Street, be published in the official City newspaper, the NOW, on February 21^st, 2008, February 28^th, 2008 and March 6^th, 2008; that the Hearing be scheduled before the Common Council on March 18^th, 2008, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard; that a copy of the aforesaid Notice be served or mailed more than thirty (30) days prior to the Hearing in the manner prescribed by the law on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting upon the said portion of a street proposed to be vacated and discontinued.
