Title

An Ordinance to establish the salaries of the Engineering Technicians & Aides employees in the Engineering Department of the City of West Allis for the year 2011.

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wages and salary ranges and related provisions for the Engineering Technicians & Aides employees in the Engineering Department, commencing January 1, 2011, shall be the same amounts as the wages and salary ranges and related provisions for January 1, 2010.

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2011 and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
