Resolution to amend the City’s fee schedule by revising Park Rental in the Public Works fee section.

WHEREAS, the park rental permit process has been revised to allow alcohol consumption for a fee of $50; and

WHEREAS, the applicant for a park rental permit must provide a copy of a valid identification card verifying age of 21 years or older; and

WHEREAS, alcohol consumption is limited to beer and wine, liquor will not be permitted in the parks.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City of West Allis the fee schedule is approved.
