Title

An Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning the underlying zoning of properties owned by Chr. Hansen, Inc. from RB-2 Residence District to M-1 Manufacturing District and to establish a Planned Development District Commercial-Industrial PDD-2 overlay for the Chr. Hansen properties located in the area of 9015 W. Maple St. as requested by Chr. Hansen, Inc. and pursuant to Sec. 12.61 of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended by overlay to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from RB2 Residential District to M-1 Manufacturing District (Legal Description A) and to establish a Planned Development District Commercial-Industrial PDD-2 (Legal Description B), to-wit:

(Legal Description A - M-1 Boundary)

Lots 1 and 2 in Block 5, Lots 1 thru 16 in Block 6, all being in Conrad's
West Allis Gardens Subdivision, and Lots 1, North 55 feet of Lot 2, Lots 6
thru 11, and part of Lot 12 described as: South 122.10 feet of North
180.01 feet of West 90.00 feet and North 57.91 feet of West 127.00 feet,
in Block 3, being in Assessors Plat 255, and Parcel B of Certified Survey
Map No. 1064. All that land being located in Northwest ΒΌ of Section 4,
Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County,
State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Parcel B; thence Southerly,
55.72 feet; thence Westerly 40.00 feet; thence Southerly, 105.40 feet,
along east line of said Parcel B, to the north right-of-way line of West
Mitchell Street; thence continue Southerly, 60.00 feet, along said east line
extended to the south right-of-way line of West Mitchell Street; thence
Easterly, 543.41 feet, along said south right-of-way line, to the west
right-of-way line of South 89th Street; thence South...
