Title

An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on Both Sides of the 10000 through 12300 Blocks of W. Greenfield Ave.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Greenfield Ave.

Block:  The 10000 through 12300 Blocks

Side:  Both

Restriction:  No Parking Any Time

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication and only after completion of the proposed Capital Improvement Project.  Anticipated completion of November 2012.
