Title

Resolution Granting a Privilege for Encroachment (Major) to West Allis Development LLC for property located on the north side of West Greenfield Avenue Between S. 63 and S. 64 Streets.

Body

WHEREAS, West Allis Development LLC request from the City of West Allis a certain Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of the installation of new awnings, balconies, boxed window arrangements, roof overhang and necessary foundation on the property located on the north side of West Greenfield Avenue between South 63^rd and South 64^th Streets, and South 64th Street and South 63rd Street between West Greenfield Avenue and north to the alley, West Allis, WI (the "Privilege"); and,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of West Allis grants to West Allis Development LLC the Privilege for Encroachment Beyond the Lot Line and Within Public Street Right-of-Way consisting of the installation of new awnings, balconies, boxed window arrangements, roof overhang and necessary foundation on the property located on the north side of West Greenfield Avenue between South 63^rd and South 64^th Streets, and South 64th Street and South 63rd Street between West Greenfield Avenue and north to the alley.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional improvements on said area must require prior approval of the Board of Public Works.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer of the City of West Allis are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the aforesaid Privilege on behalf of the City of West Allis.
