WHEREAS, Mill Coatings, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

Mill Coatings, Inc. - 2015 Project No. 8

for surface preparation, containment and collection of waste materials, and the painting of the overpass:

Union Pacific Railroad Bridge

W. Greenfield Avenue at 104^th St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
