Title

Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to Pay For Sanitary Sewer Lateral Services at 1405-07 South 57^th Street in the amount of $6,413.89.

Body

WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has a long standing policy of the City’s responsibility for making repairs to sanitary sewer laterals from the point of connection to the main sanitary sewer line up through the riser connection; and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the sanitary sewer lateral at 1405-07 South 57^th failed at the riser connection based on field observations.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to make fair reimbursement for repair services to Gene Wagner Plumbing, Inc. in the amount of $6,413.89.
