Resolution accepting work of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer, utility adjustments and storm underdrain in various locations in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2008 Project No. 13.

WHEREAS, LaLonde Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
LaLonde Contractors, Inc. - 2008 Project No. 13
for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement, storm sewer, utility adjustments and storm underdrain in:
1. East/West alley between S. 60 St. and S. 62 St.: W. Greenfield Ave. to W. Orchard St.
2. North/South alley between S. 58 St. and S. 59 St.: W. Mitchell St. to W. Lapham St.
3. North/South and East/West alley between S. 55 St. and S. 56 St.: W. Grant St. to W. Lincoln Ave.
4. North/South and East/West alley between S. 62 St. and S. 63 St.: W. Grant St. to W. Lincoln Ave.
5. North/South and East/West alleys between S. 65 St. and S. 66 St.: W. Grant St. to W. Lincoln Ave.
6. North/South and East/West alley between S. 67 Pl. and S. 68 St.: W. Grant St. to W. Lincoln Ave.
7. North/South alley between S. 71 St. and S. 72 St.; W. Rogers St. to W. Becher St.
8. North/South and East/West alley between S. 72 St. and S. 73 St.: W. Grant St. to W. Lincoln Ave.
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
