Resolution approving the selection of Arcadis, AECOM, and Sigma for providing professional environmental services, preparation of demo specifications, and assistance with U.S. EPA, WIDNR grants, and other projects concerning various properties and redevelopment projects.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis has received numerous grants and loans from the U.S. EPA and WIDNR for various properties and redevelopment projects; and,
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis and the Community Development Authority share the mission in addressing brownfield sites that are blighted, environmentally impacted, and underutilized properties through redevelopment; and,
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis conducted a bidding process to solicit proposals for services and the results are hereby attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Arcadis, AECOM, and Sigma are selected for providing professional environmental services, preparation of demo specifications, and assistance with U.S. EPA, WIDNR grants, and other projects concerning various properties and redevelopment projects.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council authorizes the Community Development Authority to utilize the same selected firms for providing professional environmental services, preparation of demo specifications, and assistance with U.S. EPA, WIDNR grants, and other projects concerning various properties and redevelopment projects.
