Resolution approving the transfer of $148,895 from the City's Contingency Fund to the Planning & Zoning Division's budget for the preparation of the City's Comprehensive Plan Update for 2030.
Body
WHEREAS, the City is required by State law to update its current 2010 Comprehensive Land Use Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of West Allis, at its meeting on November 5, 2008, approved the proposal and contract with the Planning Design Institute (PDI) and/or Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer & Associates, Inc. (GAS) to prepare the City's Comprehensive Plan Update for 2030 in the amount of $148,895; and,
WHEREAS, funding for said contract has not been previously appropriated by the City for that purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that $148,895 is hereby approved for transfer from the City's Contingency Fund to the Planning & Zoning Division's budget for the preparation of the City's Comprehensive Plan Update for 2030.
