WHEREAS, the City is considering vacating and discontinuing a small portion of City street right-of-way on W. Greenfield Ave. and S. Six Points Crossing (S. 66 St.) at the southeast corner of the intersection of W. Greenfield Ave. and S. Six Points Crossing, for an existing mixed use building that encroaches into City right-of-way located at 6501-6525 W. Greenfield Ave.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Hearing, for the vacation and discontinuance of a small portion of City street right-of-way on W. Greenfield Ave. and S. Six Points Crossing (S. 66 St.) at the southeast corner of the intersection of W. Greenfield Ave. and S. Six Points Crossing, for an existing mixed use building that encroaches into City right-of-way located at 6501-6525 W. Greenfield Ave., be published in the official City newspaper, on June 7, June 14, June 21, 2012, and that the Hearing be scheduled before the Common Council on July 3, 2012, at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard; that a copy of the aforesaid Notice be served or mailed more than thirty (30) days prior to the Hearing in the manner prescribed by the law on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands abutting upon the said portion of a street proposed to be vacated and discontinued.
