Resolution approving the amendment to the Community Development Block Grant Action Plan, B-05-MC-55-0011, increasing the Rogers Park Playground Improvement Project by $43,000 for a total of $58,000. Funds for the project will be made available with a reduction of $43,000 to the Contingency Fund.
Body
WHEREAS, the Rogers Park Playground Improvement Project was approved by Common Council under Resolution No. R-2006-0147 on May 15, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the Project involves the installation of new playground equipment and spring apparatuses to enhance the park and increase the usage by the low/moderate income eligible neighborhood; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Development has recommended approval of the transfer of funds according to the attached budget and plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the amendments are hereby approved to the Community Development Block Grant Action Plan,
B-05-MC-55-0011, increasing the Rogers Park Playground Improvement Project by $43,000 for a total of $58,000. Funds for the project will be made available with a reduction of $43,000 to the Contingency Fund.
