Title

Ordinance to Amend Subsection 9.09(2) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Adoption of Administrative Code; to Amend Subsection 9.09(4)(h) of the Revised Municipal Code Relating to Application Proof of Insurance; to Amend Subsection 9.09(7)(c) of the Revised Municipal Code Relating to Location Restricted Exclusions; and to Create Subsection 9.09(10)(e) of the Revised Municipal Code Relating to Permit Fee and Bond Waivers relative to Carnival Permit.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Subsection 9.09(2) of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

9.09 CARNIVAL PERMIT

(2) Adoption of Administrative Code. Except as otherwise provided herein, the provisions of Wisconsin Administrative Code, Safety and Professional Services, Chapter 334 are adopted by reference and made a part hereof with the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein.

PART II. Subsection 9.09(4)(h) of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

9.09 CARNIVAL PERMIT

(4) Application. The application for a permit shall be made to the Council in writing and shall set forth:

(h) Proof of insurance in accordance with Wisconsin Administrative Code, Safety and Professional Services, Section 334.035 with an endorsement to the effect that the City will be indemnified and held harmless from any and all claims, damages or judgments arising from the granting of the permit or the operation of the show or exhibition.

PART III. Subsection 9.09(7)(c) of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

9.09 CARNIVAL PERMIT

(7) Location Restricted.

***
