Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Journal Community Publishing Group for providing legal notice publication services for a total sum of $14,000.00.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for furnishing Common Council proceedings and legal notices for the City of West Allis, that the proposal received as shown on the attached bid report was reasonable; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Journal Community Publishing Group be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated April 25, 2014 submittted by Journal Community Publishing Group for providing publication services for the period June 1, 2014 through May 31, 2015 for an estimated sum of $14,000 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP 1236 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
