Resolution accepting work of LaLonde Contractors, Inc. for concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including sidewalk replacement, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer lining, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in various locations in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2008 Project No. 9.

WHEREAS, LaLonde Contractors, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
LaLonde Contractors, Inc. - 2008 Project No. 9
for concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including sidewalk replacement, driveway replacement, sanitary sewer relay, sanitary sewer lining, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in:
W. Villa Circle from W. Euclid Avenue to 235' South of W. Euclid Avenue
W. Rust Court from 200' East of S. 119th Street to S. 119th Street
W. Verona Court from 173' Southwest of S. 122nd Street to W. Holt Avenue
W. Burdick Avenue from S. 119th Street to S. 121st Street
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
