Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning properties located at 1909, 11, 11A S. 68 St., and 19** S. 68 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to RB-2 Residence District. (Tax Key Nos. 476-0017-000 and 476-0016-000).

PART I. The Official West Allis Zoning Map described in Section 12.05 of the Revised Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide that the following described land shall be and is hereby rezoned from M-1 Manufacturing District to RB-2 Residence District, to-wit:
A tract of land being located in the Southwest ΒΌ of Section 3, Township 6 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, State of Wisconsin, describes as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Lot 3 in Block 2 of the Wood Dale subdivision; thence Westerly, 128.00 feet, to the centerline of adjacent alley; thence Northerly, 60.00 feet, along said centerline to the North line of Lot 2, extended; thence Easterly, 158.00 feet, to the centerline of South 68th Street; thence Southerly, 60.00 feet along said centerline; thence Westerly, 30.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said area contains 0.2176 Acres, more or less.
Said land being located at: 1909, 11, 11A S. 68 St. and 19** S. 68 St. from M-1 Manufacturing District to RB-2 Residence District. (Tax Key Nos. 476-0017-000 and 476-0016-000).
PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
