Title

Resolution to amend City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual Policy No. 1412, Holidays

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 1412, Holidays, was originally adopted on January 1, 1982; and

WHEREAS, in order to simplify and streamline the observance of holidays specifically when December 24^th and 25^th fall on a Saturday and Sunday, the members of the Executive Leadership team recommended adjustments to the policy as included on the attached.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 1412, Holidays, is approved as amended.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to include the amended Policy No. 1412 in the City’s Policies and Procedures Manual and distribute said policy to all departments, divisions, and offices.
