WHEREAS, Rudy Borchardt of Whitnall Summit on behalf of 6600 Washington, LLC and Standard Ductile & Grey for a proposed lot split on the existing property located at 6500 and 6600 W. Washington St.

 

WHEREAS, the City of West Allis has waived the application fee for the Certified Survey Map, as the future use and ownership of this described property will be owned/utilized for City parking.

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Certified Survey Map being a redivision of Parcel 1, Certified Survey Map No. 5594, also being part of the Northwest 1/4 and the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 34, all in Township 7 North, Range 21 East, City of West Allis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
