WHEREAS, MJ Construction, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:

MJ Construction, Inc. - 2009 Project No. 13

For the installation of sanitary sewer relays, sanitary spot relays, sanitary spot lining, sanitary sewer lining and storm sewer lining in:

South 68^th Street from West Beloit Road to South City Limits

                     West Arthur Avenue from 126' E. of South 68^th Street to South 68^th Street

S. 76^th St. from W. Cleveland Ave. to 400' N. of West Oklahoma Ave.

                     West National Avenue from Union Pacific Railroad to South 70^th Street

Easement 175' W. of S. 96^th St. from W. Washington St. to 45' N. of W. Washington St.

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
