An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the South Side of the 7200 Block of W. Burnham St.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.                     Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  W. Burnham St.

Block:  West 100 Feet of 7200

Side:  South

Restriction:  No Restrictions

Street:  W. Burnham St.

Block:  East 160 Feet of 7200

Side:  South

Restriction:  No Parking Any Time

Street:  W. Burnham St.

Block:  West 120 Feet of 7200

Side:  North

Restriction:  No Restrictions

PART II.                     All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.                     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
