Mitchell St., S. 57^th St., and S. 60^th St.in the City of West Allis, in the amount of $213,681.00.

WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works reports that it duly advertised for bids for the furnishing of certain materials and the performance of all work required for the improvements in a certain area as hereinafter described; that the bids received as shown on the attached bid report were reasonable and hereby recommends and deems it to be for the best interests of the City of West Allis that the bid of Corevac, LLC for 2014 Project No. 16 be accepted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the bid of Corevac, LLC for 2014 Project No. 16 for the directional boring of street lighting conduit at locations in:

W. Oklahoma Ave. from S. Waukesha Rd. to S. 124^th St.

Area Bounded by W. National Ave., W. Cleveland Ave., and S. 99^th St.

Area Bounded by W. Becher St., W. Lincoln Ave., S. 76^th St., and S. 84^th St.

Area Bounded by W. National Ave., W. Mitchell St., S. 57^th St., and S. 60^th St.

for the sum of  Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-One and 00/100 dollars ($213,681.00)

be accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractual relations with said contractor for the performance of said work, in accordance with the prices submitted in their proposal and with the specifications of the City of West Allis, and that all other bids received for same be rejected; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That said improvements be installed with funding from bond funds.
