Title

Ordinance to establish the salary range of the Municipal Judge of the City of West Allis for the period of May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2023

Body

The Common Council for the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The wage and salary range for the Municipal Judge, for the four year period of May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2023, shall be as follows:

Municipal Judge - Bi-Weekly Salary -  $2,677.07

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall retroactively take effect May 1, 2019, and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
