Resolution Granting an Access Easement to Wisconsin Bell, Inc., d/b/a AT&T-Wisconsin, a Wisconsin Corporation, to Install a New Utility Cabinet at South 58 Street and West Beloit Rd. (Tax key No. 455-0044-000)

WHEREAS, Wisconsin Bell, Inc., d/b/a AT&T-Wisconsin ("Wisconsin Bell"), submitted a Site, Landscaping and Architectural application to the City of West Allis ("City") for placement of a telephone and cable equipment cabinet; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed cabinet will be located next to an existing cabinet on City-owned property located at 57** W. Beloit Rd.; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Development staff shall review the cabinet placement and required screening; and,
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Bell shall maintain all new landscaping placed on the property for the purpose of screening the new cabinet; and,
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Bell has requested an Access Easement to install a new utility cabinet located on South 58 Street and West Beloit Rd.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis as follows:
1. That the Access Easement from the City of West Allis to Wisconsin Bell, Inc., d/b/a AT&T-Wisconsin, to remove and install a new utility cabinet at South 58 Street and West Beloit Rd., in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and the City Administrative Officer, Clerk/Treasurer be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the attached Access Easement on behalf of the City of West Allis.
