An Ordinance to Establish Parking Restrictions on the following West Allis Municipal Parking Lot:  84 & Cleveland SW.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.14 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following Parking Restrictions are established:

Municipal Parking Lot 84 & Cleveland SW

Description:  Off Street Parking, Block 26 of Broson Manor Addition No. 7

Restrictions:      Row 1, Stalls 1 thru 7 and Stalls 14 thru 19:  90 Minute Parking 9:00AM to 9:00PM

Row 1 and Row 2: No Parking 3:00AM to 6:00AM

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
