Ordinance to rescind parking restrictions on the west side of S. 94^th St., both sides of S. 95^th St. and both sides of S. 96^th St.

Body 

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is removed:

Street: S. 94^th Street

Block: 58’ South of W. Greenfield Avenue to 108’ South of W. Greenfield Avenue

Side: West

Restriction: Remove:  No Parking, 11pm-3am, Except by Permit

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is removed:

Street: S. 95^th Street

Block: 1300 and 1400 blocks

Side: Both

Restriction: Remove:  No Parking, 11pm-3am, Except by Permit

PART I. Pursuant to Section 10.10 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is removed:

Street: S. 96^th Street

Block: 1200, 1300 and 1400 blocks

Side: West

Restriction: Remove:  No Parking, 11pm-3am, Except by Permit

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
