Title

An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 6648 establishing the salaries of Certain Employees in the Labor Service of the City of West Allis for the Years 2002-2005 (Painter).

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  The Attachments to Part III and Part IV of Salary Ordinance No. 6648 (Attachment 3 and Attachment 4) shall be amended to add new positions to the salary ranges (Schedule R and Schedule P) as follows:

L-17                     Painter

L-21                     Painter I

L-27                     Painter II

                     Sign Painter

PART II.  The Attachments to Part III and Part IV of Salary Ordinance No. 6648 (Attachment 3 and Attachment 4) shall be amended to delete the Painter position from the Salary Range L-27 (Schedule R and Schedule P)

PART III.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART IV.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2004 and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
