Resolution Authorizing and Directing the City Engineer to Pay For Sanitary Sewer Lateral Repairs at 921 South 103rd Street in the Amount of $6,520.00.

Body

WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works has a long standing policy of the City's responsibility for making repairs to sanitary sewer laterals from the point of connection to the main sanitary sewer line up through the riser connection; and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the sanitary sewer lateral at 921 South 103rd Street failed at the connection with the main and based on past policy, the City of West Allis will pay for the repair.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized and directed to make fair payment for the repair work in the amount of $6,520.00 from Account #510-3803-536-6102.
