Title

Resolution relative to amending City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual Policy No. 301, Committees of the Common Council.

Body

WHEREAS, Policy No. 301, Committees of the Common Council, was originally adopted by the Common Council on January 1, 1982, and amended on June 5, 2007, to describe the composition, responsibilities and procedures of the committees of the Common Council; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to amend said policy to clarify that the Clerk’s Office liaisons with the License & Health Committee, and that all Council committees properly reflect liaison responsibilities.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Policy No. 301, Committees of the Common Council, is approved as amended in the attached.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is authorized and directed to include the amended Policy No. 301 in the City of West Allis Policies & Procedures Manual and to distribute said policy to all departments, divisions and offices.
