Title
Ordinance amending Section 12.13 and creating Section 12.13(3)(b)(i)(ii) of the Revised Municipal Code to modify the Section title and to clarify the site review requirements.

The Common Council of the City of West Allis does ordain as follows:
PART I. Section 12.13 of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to read:
12.13 Architectural and Site Plan Review and Procedures
PART II. Section 12.13(3)(b)(i))(ii) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby created to read:
12.13 Architectural and Site Plan Review and Procedures
(3) Application

(b) Site Review. This section applies to:
(i) Site review for two-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, or manufacturing uses, whether new or converted construction, or resulting from a change of use of any premises. Expansion of existing parking lots and outdoor sales display and storage areas are also subject to site review under this section.
(ii) New construction of two-family residential and conversions for such use.
PART III. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
PART IV. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
