Title

An Ordinance to create Section 5.18 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code regarding reimbursement of Fire Department costs for services in excess of Fire Department capabilities.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.  Section 5.18 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code is hereby created as follows:

"5.18      Services in Excess of Fire Department Capabilities.

Any person, firm, contractor, or corporation requiring emergency services beyond the capabilities of the Fire Department shall reimburse the City for personnel costs, equipment and supplies, and outside services."

PART II.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication.
