Title

An Ordinance to Establish No Right Turn on Red Restrictions at the Intersection of S. 92 Street and W. Cleveland Avenue.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I.      Pursuant to Section 10.08 of the Revised Municipal Code, the following parking restriction is established:

Street:  Intersection of S. 92 Street and W. Cleveland Avenue

Direction of Travel:  Eastbound, Westbound, Northbound and Southbound

Restriction:  No Right Turn on Red When Children are Present

PART II.      All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

PART III.      This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
