 Title

An Ordinance to Amend Subsection 1.075(7)(c)(ii) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Adjustments to Stormwater Management System User Charges.

Body

The Common Council of the City of West Allis do ordain as follows:

PART I. Subsection 1.075(7)(c)(ii) of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis is hereby amended to include the addition of subsection 1.075(7)(c)(ii)6:

1.075 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYTEM USER CHARGES

(7) Adjustments.

(c) Basis for Adjustment.

(ii)  A customer may be eligible for a lowered adjustment multiplier under the following conditions:

6.  If a nonresidential municipal property receives stormwater discharge directly from public storm sewer and/or provides a benefit that exceeds the adverse impact to the public storm sewer system; the customer's adjustment multiplier shall be zero and no charge shall be billed.

PART II. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby amended.

PART III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
