Resolution to approve Demonstration Facade Improvement Project Contract by and between the City of West Allis and Christopher J. Bitz for the property at 7928-30 W. National Ave. in the sum of up to $25,300.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the Demonstration Facade Improvement Project Contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Development, or his designee, be and is hereby authorized to execute and deliver the aforesaid Contract on behalf of the City.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of up to Twenty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($25,300) be and is hereby appropriated from the Community Development Block Grant Funds to pay the liability that will be incurred under the aforesaid Contract by the City of West Allis.
