BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of West Allis that Preliminary Resolution No. R-2004-0199 adopted by the Common Council on June 15, 2004, is hereby amended to read asphalt reconstruction of the pavement with miscellaneous sidewalk repair, new driveway approaches, sanitary sewer relay, building services and utility adjustments.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Preliminary Resolution No.

R-2004-0199 shall be and remain in full force and effect.
