Resolution relative to accepting the proposal of Schenck & Associates, SC for providing Financial Audit Services for the period through December 31, 2008.
Body
WHEREAS, The Purchasing/Central Services Division has reported that it duly advertised a request for proposal for providing Financial Audit Services for the City of West Allis in November 2000, that the initial award was made to Schenck & Associates, SC; and,
WHEREAS, The Common Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City of West Allis that the proposal of Schenck & Associates, SC be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of West Allis that the proposal dated October 18, 2005 submitted by Schenck & Associates, SC for providing financial audit services for the total net sum of $126,565 in accordance with City of West Allis RFP #650 which has the option to extend the contract for three (3) years through 2008 be and is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Purchasing/Central Services Division be and is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the aforesaid services.
