WHEREAS, D.C. Burbach, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Interim City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of D.C. Burbach, Inc. for 2017 Project No. 19 for the installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, and utility adjustments in:

West Burnham Street from Alley East of South 68^th Street to Dead End

South 67^th Place - Sidewalk at West Rogers Street

be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
