Resolution accepting work of Capitol Pavers, Inc. for concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including miscellaneous walk repair, miscellaneous driveway repair, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, building services and utility adjustments in S. 119 St. from W. Ohio Avenue to W. Morgan Avenue and S. 123 St. from 395' south of W. Euclid Ave. to W. Ohio Ave. in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2005 Project No. 12.

WHEREAS, Capitol Pavers, Inc. has completed their contractual obligations in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, attested by the approval for payment by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Council of the City of West Allis that the work of:
Capitol Pavers, Inc. - 2005 Project No. 12
for concrete reconstruction of the pavement, including miscellaneous walk repair, miscellaneous driveway repair, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, building services and utility adjustments in various locations in:
S. 119th St. from W. Ohio Ave. to W. Morgan Ave.
S. 123rd St. from 395 feet south of W. Euclid Ave. to W. Ohio Ave.
be and the same is hereby accepted, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to make settlement with the said contractor in accordance with terms of said contract.
