Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer to enter into a License Agreement with the West Allis Nathan Hale High School Pom Girls for the use of the Parking Lots between 75 and 76th Streets (North of Greenfield Avenue).
Body
WHEREAS, the City of West Allis ("City") is the owner of parking lots located between 75th and 76th Streets (north of Greenfield Avenue), West Allis; and,
WHEREAS, the Nathan Hale High School Pom Girls have requested permission to use said parking lots in order to park cars as a fund raiser during the Wisconsin State Fair; and,
WHEREAS, the City is willing to grant said privilege in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the License Agreement attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, it is recognized that some details are yet to be determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council that the City shall enter into the attached License Agreement with the West Allis Nathan Hale High School Pom Girls, subject to non-substantive revisions by the City Attorney, Director of Public Works, and the Director of Building Inspections and Zoning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said License Agreement on behalf of the City.
