WHEREAS, The West Allis community celebrates West Allis Western Days annually on the third weekend of June and part of the celebration includes an annual parade through the streets of West Allis, and
WHEREAS, The Western Days parade is scheduled for June 12, 2003 between 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M.,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of West Allis declares the Western Days Parade a community event and permits the possession and consumption of fermented malt beverages on City streets on June 12, 2003 between 6:00 P.M. and 9 P.M.
